Ingredients
2 Eggland's Best eggs, large
2 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon butter, softened
4 teaspoons coconut flour
2 teaspoons monk fruit sweetener
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
10 strawberries, diced
2 teaspoons powdered erythritol Sugar-Free whipped cream
Preparation
