Eggland’s Best Egg Whites are the perfect addition to this Royal Icing recipe. Using EB Egg Whites will make flooding easy, cut down dry time, and leave a beautiful shimmer on your sugar cookies.

Ingredients

1 pound powdered sugar

1/2 c. Eggland’s Best 100% Egg Whites

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Food coloring

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, beat Eggland’s Best Liquid Egg Whites with a hand mixer on high speed until foamy.
  2. On low speed, add powdered sugar gradually until sugar is completely incorporated, and the mixture is shiny.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Beat on high until mixture forms stiff, thick peaks (about 7 minutes).
  5. Color icing in desired colors and decorate.
