Ingredients

One box yellow cake mix

3 pistachio-flavored pudding packets

1 c. water

1/4 cup vegetable oil

4 Eggland’s Best Eggs, large

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients well and then add to a greased and floured bundt pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F for at least one hour, testing for doneness using a toothpick.
  3. Once cooled, top with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary.
  4. Enjoy!
