Meal Prep Breakfast Sandwiches

The perfect breakfast sandwich to prepare ahead of time to make your fall mornings easier.
Ingredients
10 Eggland's Best eggs, large
½ cup milk of choice
½ cup shredded cheese of choice
6 turkey sausage patties
6 gluten free buns
Preparation
- Combine the eggs, milk and cheese and season with salt and pepper. Whisk together.
- Pour the eggs onto a lined sheet pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Top the eggs with sausage and bun. Cut the sandwiches out with a pizza cutter. Add the bottom bun.
- Wrap with parchment paper and store in the fridge for 3-5 days or in the freezer.
