Ingredients
1 Eggland’s Best egg, large
½ cup certified gluten-free rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds or chia seeds
¼ cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
1 tsp honey
Preparation
- In a small saucepan, cook oats with almond milk over medium heat until thickened. Stir in cinnamon and flaxseeds.
