
Eye of Newt Deviled Eggs
Recipe by: Eggland's Best

Serve these at your next halloween party if you dare.
Ingredients
- 4 Eggland's Best Hard Cooked-Peeled Eggs, halved
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Hot Sauce
- pitted black olives for decoration
- Fresh dill
- Red Food Coloring (optional)
Preparation
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
- Spoon out yolks and mash.
- Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly, using a piping bag, or a sturdy plastic bag.
- Take a piece of the fresh dill and place it on top of the yolk, then add a dollop of your favorite hot sauce, followed by a slice of the black olive.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve!
OPTIONAL: If you want a more dramatic look take a small brush or a toothpick and draw veins on the whites with red food coloring!
