
Egg White Bites

This Egg White Bites recipe is so easy to make. It’s delicious, healthy and convenient for breakfast and midday snacks.
Ingredients
18 oz Eggland’s Best 100% Egg Whites
1 yellow Bell pepper
2 oz baby Spinach
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 Onion, chopped
2 oz Mushrooms
Salt and Pepper
Garlic powder
Feta cheese
Preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 350ºF.
- Coat a 12-cup muffin tray with cooking spray.
- Chop tomatoes, spinach, white onions, yellow bell peppers. Divide the veggie mixture amongst the 12 muffin cups. Pour the egg white over the veggies. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add your choice of cheese!
- Place tray in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the eggs have fluffed up and are cooked through.
