
Creamy Avocado Egg Toast

This creamy egg salad toast is topped with an avocado rose to make it that much more fun!
Ingredients
6 Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs
2 Tbsp. Mayo
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp. White Pepper
1 Tbsp. Habanero Hot Sauce
1-2 Avocados
Salt to taste
4-5 slices of White Bread
Preparation
- Coarsely chop eggs and add them into a large bowl.
- Add mayo, mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, white pepper, habanero hot sauce, and mix.
- Toast bread to a golden brown. Cut the crust off or you can keep it, your choice.
- Place eggs on top of toast and avocado slices.
