Cream Cheese Swirl Banana Bread

This cream cheese swirl banana bread is what breakfast dreams are made of!
Ingredients
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 1/4 cups mashed bananas
1/4 cup milk
2 Large Eggland's Best eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups flour (gluten free or regular)
1 tsp baking soda
Cream Cheese Swirl
2 tbsp flour (gluten free or regular)
4 tsp sugar
1 Large Eggland's Best egg
5 oz. room temperature cream cheese
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a bread pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, add melted butter, maple syrup, mashed bananas, milk, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix to combine.
- Then add in flour and baking soda. Stir.
- Make cream cheese swirl. Combine flour, sugar, egg and cream cheese. Mix until creamy.
- Add half of the banana bread batter to the loaf pan.
- Then drop alternating scoops of banana bread batter and cream cheese mixture on top.
- Swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven. Allow bread to cool before slicing and serving.
