Preparation
- Place your EB Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs on a kitchen towel to keep it from rolling.
- Using a small and large straw, carefully punch holes into the eggs to make eyes and a mouth. Press in just enough to get through the egg white and just to the yolk. Repeat for each egg.
- Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
