
Birthday Cake Waffles

Birthday cake for breakfast? Yes, please! Now any time of day is cause for a celebration, thanks to these easy, colorful and delicious waffles!
Ingredients
2 Eggland's Best eggs, large
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cake mix
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sprinkles
Preparation
- Pre-heat the waffle iron according to instructions.
- Place the eggs in a mixer bowl and use the whisk attachment to whisk till combined.
- Add the milk, vegetable oil and vanilla and whisk again.
- Add the flour, cake, mix, baking powder and salt and whisk till smooth.
- Add the sprinkles and whisk just till combined.
- Ladle the batter into your waffle iron and cook till golden brown.
- Transfer to a wire rack and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with whipped cream and additional sprinkles (optional).
