
Bagel-Inspired Snack Box

The perfect back to school snack, or light lunch idea for work.
Ingredients
2-4 Eggland’s Best Large eggs
Lettuce
Smoked Salmon
Everything bagel seasoning
Tomatoes
Crackers (mine are gluten free everything bagel crackers)
Sliced cucumbers
Preparation
- Add EB eggs to a large pot and cover with water until the eggs are submerged about an inch.
- Boil the water and let cook until desired doneness (I do 12 minutes).
- Peel the eggs and let cool.
- To a snack box or lunch box add EB hard boiled eggs, crackers, lettuce, tomatoes, smoked salmon, and cucumbers. Then, top with everything bagel seasoning and enjoy!
