
Bacon, Egg, and Pesto Tartine

Ingredients
1 loaf French bread
½ cup basil pesto
6 Eggland’s Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs, ¼ inch slices
12 oz. turkey bacon
½ cup asiago cheese
¼ cup fresh parmesan
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Take a loaf of French bread and slice it in half with the crust side facing down.
Lightly spread the basil pesto over the halves.
Lay the sliced hard-boiled eggs across the slices.
Sprinkle the bacon and cheeses over the loaves.
Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Slice and serve immediately.
