Wholesome Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
3 cups quick cook or old-fashioned oats
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 Large Eggland's Best Cage Free Eggs
1½ cups whole milk
¼ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large bananas mashed
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease a 12-count muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Add in the wet ingredients and combine.
- Divide the batter into 3 bowls and add in desired mix-ins.
- Fill greased muffin tin wells with batter. Top muffins with additional mix-ins if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until muffins are golden-brown, and springy. A tester inserted into the center of the muffin should be clean when removed.
- Allow muffins to cool before enjoying.
