Ingredients
6 tbsp 100% Eggland’s Best Eggs Whites, room temperature
1 tbsp of almond milk
1 tbsp chopped green onion
1 tbsp chopped red bell peppers
1 tbsp chopped mushroom
2 tbsp low fat shredded cheese
Preparation
- Combine egg whites, and all other ingredients in a microwave-safe mug coated with non-stick spray.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute and give the mixture a stir.
- Return to the microwave and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the eggs are cooked through.
- Add a garnish and Enjoy.
