
Turkey, Egg & Stuffing Hash

This hash is perfect for a breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3-4 cups cooked stuffing (preferably from leftovers)
- 7 oz turkey, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 4 Eggland’s Best eggs (large)
- ½ cup Monterey jack cheese
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium heat.
Toss in the stuffing, turkey, parsley and salt and pepper.
Cook until the turkey begins to start turning golden brown and the stuffing is heated through.
Remove from the heat and create four wells in the mixture.
Carefully crack in one egg per well.
Sprinkle cheese over dish and bake for 10 minutes or until the egg whites are cooked through.
