2 Eggland's Best Eggs, large
3 imitation crab sticks
½ tsp fish sauce
2 tbsp scallions
1 curry block
1 cup water
1 cup rice
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp kimchi
1 canned salmon
2 tbsp seaweed
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine rice with kimchi, canned salmon, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and seaweed.
- Mix well and set aside.
- In a saucepan, dissolve the curry block in a cup of water, cooking until the sauce thickens.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add a bit of oil, and pour in the whisked egg. Top with shredded imitation crab sticks.
- Then, use a chopstick to swirl and shape the egg into a tornado.
- Place the rice in the center of a plate, cover it with the egg, and pour the curry sauce around the side. Serve warm and enjoy!
