Three Cheese Crostini with Egg & Chives

Ingredients
15 ounces ricotta cheese
4 ounces mascarpone cheese
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt, to taste

Fresh chives, for garnish
Baguette bread, toasted and sliced
Preparation
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the cheeses, garlic powder, and salt.
- Spread an even layer of the cheese mixture over the prepared baguette slices.
