These cheesy egg-filled breakfast tacos made with onions, tomatoes & jalapeños are just the right spice for your morning!

Ingredients

1 large tomato, chopped

2 green onions, thinly sliced

2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeño peppers

4 Eggland's Best Eggs (large)

1/3 cup Eggland's Best Liquid Egg Whites

6 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed

3/4 cup Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese

1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients.
  2. Whisk whole eggs and egg whites until blended; pour into large nonstick skillet.
  3. Cook on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until soft set, stirring occasionally.
  4. Spoon eggs onto tortillas; top with cheese, tomato mixture and cilantro.
  5. Fold in half and enjoy!
