Sweet and Savory Fried Egg Oats

Ingredients
1/4 cup oats
1 Eggland's Best Egg White
1 Eggland's Best Large Egg
2-3 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Drizzle of honey
Preparation
- Mix the egg white and water with the oats. Microwave for 1-1.5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
- While oats are in the microwave, heat a skillet on the stove and add your egg.
- Fry egg to desired consistency - I like a runny yoke!
- Top oats with chia seeds, fried egg and blueberries.
- Add a dash of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.
- Enjoy!
