These sweet and savory oats are the perfect way to start your day. They're packed with protein, fiber, antioxidants and FLAVOR. They are delicious and will keep you full all morning long!

Ingredients

1/4 cup oats

1 Eggland's Best Egg White

1 Eggland's Best Large Egg

2-3 Tbsp water

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Drizzle of honey

Preparation

  1. Mix the egg white and water with the oats. Microwave for 1-1.5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
  2. While oats are in the microwave, heat a skillet on the stove and add your egg.
  3. Fry egg to desired consistency - I like a runny yoke!
  4. Top oats with chia seeds, fried egg and blueberries.
  5. Add a dash of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.
  6. Enjoy!
