Simple Sheet Pan Scrambled Eggs
Sheet pan scrambles are a great way to make a big batch of eggs quickly and easily!

Ingredients
12 Eggland's Best eggs, large
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
6 bagels sliced
Optional additions: 6-8 basil leaves 1-2 Sliced tomatoes tomatoes 1-2 avocados
Preparation
- Crack 12 eggs into medium size mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Whisk until combined.
- Preheat oven to 400°. Prepare one large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Pour scrambled egg mixture onto the sheet pan and bake for 10-15 minutes or until eggs are solid across the baking pan.
- Remove the eggs from the oven and let cool for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Then using a pizza cutter slice the eggs into 12 slices and set aside.
- Toast your bagel. Assembled bagel sandwiches using two slices of egg per bagel. Enjoy with your favorite toppings, like basil, avocado, or tomato!
