Scrambled Egg White Lettuce Wraps
Delicious scrambled egg whites served over lettuce leaves as breakfast or lunch. This dish is made of Eggland's Best 100% Egg Whites which is fat free, gluten free and cholesterol free.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Eggland's Best 100% Egg Whites
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup red pepper (diced finely)
1 medium jalapeno (diced finely)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Few dashes of hot sauce
4-5 leaves butter lettuce
Preparation
- In a medium-sized bowl, add Eggland's Best 100% Egg Whites, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine.
- Heat a medium skillet, add butter and let it melt over medium heat. Gently pour the prepared egg whites. Simmer heat to medium-low.
- Keep mixing the whites with a spatula so that they don't form lumps until they're done.
- Remove the scrambled egg whites from heat. Divide the egg whites to each lettuce leaves.
- Top with diced red pepper, jalapeño, sesame seeds, and few dashes of hot sauce and serve hot.
