Scotch Egg

A Scotch egg is a beloved British delicacy that has become a popular choice for picnics and on-the-go meals. While traditionally deep-fried, our healthier version of this scotch egg recipe transforms the classic dish by using lean ground turkey and baking it to golden perfection in a high-temperature oven.
