
Savory Chinese Crepes

3-steps only! Heat crepe on medium heat and add eggs, hoisin sauce, and top it off with chopped green onions, and it's good to go!
Ingredients
2 Eggland's Best eggs, large
1 stock of green onion
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 sheet of premade frozen crepe (available at the frozen isle in Chinese markets)
Preparation
- Whisk the eggs and set aside, chop the green onion and set aside.
- Heat pan to medium heat and place 1 sheet of premade crepe (from the frozen isle in Chinese markets). Once crepe starts to bubble flip to the other side.
- Add in the whisked eggs and make sure to spread them around to cover the whole crepe. Once the egg is cooked, flip the crepe and turn off heat. Immediately spread hoisin sauce on warm crepe, and sprinkle green onions as a topping.
- Enjoy it flat or roll it in thirds/ cut them for bite size.
