These Sausage, Egg & Cheese Freezer Breakfast Sandwiches are the perfect meal prep for back to school! They are a big hit with both the kids and adults.

Ingredients

8 Large Eggland's Best eggs

1/3 cup milk

salt & pepper

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

6 pre-cooked turkey sausage patties

6 slices Colby jack cheese

6 English Muffins


Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350' and spray a 9x13 baking dish
  2. Whisk the eggs, salt, pepper and milk together and then stir in the shredded cheese
  3. Pour into the greased baking dish and bake for 18-20 minutes, until eggs are just set
  4. Let cool and cut into 6 equal squares
  5. Toast the English muffins and layer with sausage patties, cheese slice and egg
  6. Wrap with foil and freeze in a zipped freezer bag
  7. When ready to enjoy, pull out of the freezer, remove wrapping and microwave for 2 minutes flipping halfway through
