Reindeer Cake Pops
These Reindeer Cake Pops are made with paleo vanilla cake + icing, dipped in chocolate and covered with candy eyes and nose and pretzel antlers.

Cake Ingredients:
3 Eggland's Best Eggs
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
2-3 tbs coconut oil, melted
2-3 tbsp coconut cream
3 tbsp raw honey
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Sweet Cream Cheese Ingredients:
3 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp honey
Decorations:
1 cup chocolate, melted
popsicle sticks
candy eyes
pretzels, cut in half
red candy
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Lightly coat a square pan with coconut oil.
- Blend together all of the cake ingredients, add to the pan, and bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Add in the sweet cream cheese ingredients and use hands to mix everything together. Roll into balls.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stopping every 30 seconds to stir. Dip popsicle sticks in the chocolate and insert into the balls. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, dip the cake pops in the chocolate, add eyes, nose, and antlers.
