Pumpkin Spiced Latte Bundt Cake

Ingredients
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 can of pumpkin puree
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp cold espresso
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 Eggland's Best eggs, large
1 cup oil
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 350°F.
- Grease a 10inch bundt Pan. Now mix all the dry ingredients.
- In another bowl add egg, sugar, oil and pumpkin puree and mix until well combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whisk until combined and transfer to the greased bundt and bake for 35-40 mins.
