Ingredients
5 brioche rolls
2 Eggland's Best eggs, large
1 cup full fat milk
1/2 cup half and half
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 TBSP pumpkin puree
1/4 TSP cinnamon
1/4 TSP nutmeg
1/2 TSP vanilla
42g chopped pecans
2 TBSP caramel sauce to drizzle
2 TBSP powdered sugar to sprinkle
28g candied pecans
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix milk, half and half, eggs, vanilla, powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, chopped pecans nicely until no lumps are left.
- Roughly cut brioche buns.
- Place bread cubes in the prepared baking dish and pour mixture over brioche bread.
- Bake at 350 F for 40-45 mins.
- Let cool. Sprinkle powdered sugar, drizzle some caramel, and sprinkle some candied pecans on top.
