Poaching Eggs in the Oven

Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Grease a muffin tin and add 1 tablespoon of water to each.
Break 1 egg into each muffin cup.
Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on your desired firmness of the yolk; then carefully remove from the oven oven.
Use a slotted spoon to carefully pick out your poached egg from residual water and enjoy!
