One box yellow cake mix
3 pistachio-flavored pudding packets
1 c. water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients well and then add to a greased and floured bundt pan.
- Bake at 350°F for at least one hour, testing for doneness using a toothpick.
- Once cooled, top with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary.
