Pecan Pie
Every holiday meal should finish with a slice of this perfectly sweet pecan pie. Serve with fresh whipped cream or a small scoop of your favorite frozen yogurt.

Ingredients
- 3 Large Eggland's Best eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup Dark Corn Syrup
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Butter, melted and cooled
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Pecans, halved
- 1 9-inch Pie Shell, unbaked
Preparation
In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt until well blended.
Evenly arrange pecan halves over bottom of pie shell.
Carefully pour egg mixture over pecans.
Bake in preheated 350° F oven until filling is set, and crust is brown, about 45 to 50 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
