New York City Pretzel Everything Cheesecake

Ingredients
CRUST:
- 1 cup crushed pretzels
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
CHEESECAKE:
- 2 - 8 oz packages of cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 large Eggland’s Best eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
TOPPINGS:
- whole pretzels
- everything bagel seasoning
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix crust ingredients together in a bowl. Press mixture into 6 8-ounce ramekins. Bake for 5 minutes. Once baked, lower oven temperature to 325°F.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and cornstarch until creamy.
Add vanilla, eggs and heavy cream and beat until well mixed.
Spoon batter into each ramekin and bake for about 30 minutes.
Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
Top with pretzels and everything bagel seasoning for a New York City twist!
