Naan Breakfast Pizza

Naan Breakfast Pizza with sausage, bell peppers, scrambled eggs and cheese, baked and melted to perfection.
Ingredients
3 Eggland’s Best eggs, large
3 tbsp milk
Salt and pepper (as needed)
½ bell pepper (sliced)
2 cooked sausage patties (sliced)
2 naan
½ cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup sharp cheddar cheese
Oil (as needed)
Chili flakes (optional topping)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper until fluffy. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame, add whisked eggs and scramble it. Keep aside.
- Divide and spread cheese equally across naan. Top with sausage, bell peppers and scrambled eggs. Sprinkle little cheese on top.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese melts. Top with chili flakes (optional). Serve hot.
