Ingredients

7 Tbsp. Unsalted butter

1 c. water

2 Tbsp. sugar

1/4 c. all-purpose flour

1 tsp. baking powder

Pinch of salt

3 Eggland's Best Eggs, large

2/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  2. Bring water, butter, and sugar to a rapid boil in a medium saucepan over high heat.
  3. Turn the heat to low, add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and immediately start stirring. The dough will come together. Keep stirring for 1-2 minutes. Let the drought sit for 5 minutes to cool.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl, and beat on medium speed.
  5. Drop in the eggs, one at a time, while continuing to beat. Beat in the cheese and mix well. Pipe or spoon the dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
