Easy morning toast with a twist!

Ingredients

1 Slice of Toast

1/2 Avocado

2 Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs

1/2 Chopped Jalapeno

Salsa

Pinch of Cilantro

Preparation

  1. Take 1 slice of bread and place in toaster.
  2. While bread is toasting, take a fork and begin to mash your avocado.
  3. Place on toasted bread.
  4. Take 2 Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs, and slice each egg into roughly 4 slices, place on top of mashed avocado.
  5. Top with jalapeños, salsa, and chopped cilantro.
  6. Enjoy!
