Maple Cheesecake
Vermont-produced dairy products, and pure Vermont maple syrup are the stars of this twist on a classic Cheesecake dish.

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs (1 package or 9 whole cracker sheet)
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated maple sugar
- 3 8 oz. packages cream cheese
- 4 Eggland's Best eggs (large)
- 1 cup pure Vermont maple syrup
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs; mix in melted butter and sugar until well combined.
Press graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the pan and halfway up the sides.
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, blend cream cheese, eggs, and maple syrup until smooth.
Pour cream cheese mixture into pan. Bake 45-55 minutes or until cheesecake is set.
Cool completely before serving
