Make Ahead Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients
10 flour tortilla shells
12 Eggland's Best eggs, large
1 package Canadian bacon, diced
1 bag of sharp white cheddar cheese
1 bag tater tots (the mini version is best!)
Preparation
- Cook all of your breakfast burrito ingredients to your liking. I like to cook the eggs on the softer side, so they reheat and stay nice and fluffy.
- Fill burritos and roll them up, set aside in a pan.
- Wrap each burrito individually in parchment paper and add to a freezer zip top bag. These are perfect for busy school mornings. Just pop in the microwave to reheat for 60 secs.
