6 Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled eggs
2 tbsp gochujang
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp mirin
1/2 tsp soy sauce
Bonito flakes for toppings (optional)
2 tbsp minced carrots
2 tbsp minced cucumber
Preparation
- Slice each Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled egg in half.
- Arrange all of these sliced hard boiled eggs on a platter.
- In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients except the bonito flakes, carrots and cucumber.
- Once mixed, pour a good amount on top of each egg.
- Garnish each egg with cucumber, carrots and bonito flakes.
