  1. 4 Eggland's Best eggs, Large
  2. 1 14 oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  3. 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  4. 2 tsp lime zest
  5. Graham cracker crust (store bought is fine)
  6. Whipping Cream
  7. 1/4 cup sugar
  8. 1 tsp vanilla
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and zest, and eggs in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the center isn't runny or jiggly.
  4. Let the pie cool and refrigerate at least two hours or more.
  5. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla and spread on top of the pie; serve.
