Key Lime Pie
This zesty lime pie is always a huge hit at Thanksgiving and is the perfect blend of tart and sweet with a graham cracker crust.

Preparation
- 4 Eggland's Best eggs, Large
- 1 14 oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp lime zest
- Graham cracker crust (store bought is fine)
- Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and zest, and eggs in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the center isn't runny or jiggly.
- Let the pie cool and refrigerate at least two hours or more.
- Whip cream with sugar and vanilla and spread on top of the pie; serve.
