Ingredients

6 Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon mustard

1 teaspoon Jamaican Jerk Seasoning sauce

Pepper and salt to taste

Smoked Paprika for garnishing

Preparation

  1. Slice each hard-cooked egg in half lengthwise. Spoon out egg yolk into a bowl and set aside egg white on a plate.
  2. Use a fork to mix egg yolk, mayonnaise, mustard, Jamaican Jerk Seasoning sauce, pepper and salt to taste. Mix until it is a smooth consistency.
  3. Spoon a portion of the egg mixture into the hole of each egg-white halves.
  4. Sprinkle some smoked paprika over each deviled eggs to garnish.
  5. Refrigerate eggs in a sealed container until ready to serve.
