Instant Pot Egg Bites
Egg Bites are a healthy and tasty breakfast made of Eggland's Best eggs which are rich in nutrients and all essential proteins. They can be easily cooked with your instant pot in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients
5 Eggland's Best eggs, large
2 tablespoons green onions (chopped)
1/4 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
- Spray silicon cups with nonstick cooking spray. Divide the chopped green onions. and shredded cheddar cheese into each cups.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into cups, filling about 2/3 full. Cover with foil.
- Add a cup of water into the bottom of an inner vessel of an instant pot. Place the trivet into the pot. Place the egg cups into the pot and cover the silicon cups with foil. Close the lid of instant pot and seal it. Close the valve to the sealing position.
- Set the pot to steam mode, high pressure for 10 minutes. When cooking cycle is completed, let the pot naturally release pressure for 10 minutes. Carefully remove the pan and remove the foil.
- Invert the pan onto a plate and the cups should pop right out. If not, gently squeeze the eggs out. Serve the egg bites with cooked vegetables.
