Hootenanny
Hootenanny is a cross between pancakes and french toast! They are sometimes also called German Pancakes! It's an easy, yet impressive breakfast the kids will love!!

Ingredients
5 Eggland’s Best eggs, large
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
A pinch of salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a medium bowl, using a whisk, beat the eggs, sugar, salt, milk, and flour. Add vanilla and cinnamon and mix well. (The other option is to put all the ingredients in the blender and blend!)
- In a 9x13 glass dish, put the remaining 4 tbsp of butter and place dish in the preheating oven.
- Once butter is melted, remove the dish from the oven and pour the pancake mixture into the dish.
- Place dish in oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. The edges will puff and curl and the center may puff and bubble and should be a golden brown.
- Allow to cool a bit before cutting and serving.
