1 cup milk

1 cup flour

4 tbsp butter

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp cinnamon

A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, using a whisk, beat the eggs, sugar, salt, milk, and flour. Add vanilla and cinnamon and mix well. (The other option is to put all the ingredients in the blender and blend!)
  3. In a 9x13 glass dish, put the remaining 4 tbsp of butter and place dish in the preheating oven.
  4. Once butter is melted, remove the dish from the oven and pour the pancake mixture into the dish.
  5. Place dish in oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. The edges will puff and curl and the center may puff and bubble and should be a golden brown.
