Homemade Potato Salad
Homemade Potato Salad That Will Have Everybody Asking For The Recipe.

Ingredients
6 Large potatoes
3 Stalks of celery
3-4 Green Onions chopped
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
4 Chopped boiled eggs
1 Tsp Apple Cider vinegar
1/4 Cup grated white onions
2 Tbsp Yellow mustard
Cajun seasoning to taste
Black pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Sugar to taste to taste
Sweet Relish to taste
Smoked Paprika to taste
Preparation
- Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized chunks
- Place them in a pot of water, bring to a boil, add 2 Tbsp chicken bouillon, add potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes, until fork tender
- Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, cajun seasoning, salt and black pepper.
- Add the cooled potatoes to the dressing
- Gently mix in the chopped onions and eggs.
- Garnish with smoked paprika
- Chill the potato salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
