Ingredients

1 oz. bourbon

1 oz. pecan liqueur

1 oz. lemon juice

1 oz. simple syrup

1 oz Eggland's Best 100% Egg Whites

Preparation

  1. Combine all of your ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake for at least 15 seconds.
  2. Add ice and shake for about 12 seconds more.
  3. Pour into a coupe glass and enjoy!
  4. Garnish with a fruit wedge and cherry if you'd like!

Recipe Notes: Contains liqueur made from nuts but pecan liqueur can be substituted for another liqueur flavor. Make sure to get that 12 seconds of a dry shake (without ice) to get that beautiful foam head on top! Eggland's Best Egg Whites are pasteurized, so they are safe to use right out of the carton in beverages!
