Ham, Egg, and Cheese Croissants

Ingredients
4 croissants
4 slices of cheese (American or whatever type you prefer)
4 slices of ham (add more or less, it's up to you)
8 Eggland's Best Large Eggs
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 4 of the eggs.
- Add salt and pepper to your liking.
- Preheat a medium skillet.
- Add in the eggs and cook them until they are done. Divide them in half and flip them so both sides are cooked. Fold the egg in half, then half again to get a square shape (it's okay if it's not square).
- Repeat this process for the next 4 eggs.
- Then slice the croissants, layer the bottom of the croissant, ham, egg, and cheese and then top with the top of the croissant.
- Layer parchment paper on a baking sheet and add each croissant.
- Place in the oven and let them bake until the cheese is melted and the ham warmed.
- Remove from oven and enjoy.
