Garlic Herb Cheese Spread
Packed with three kinds of cheeses, flavorful herbs, and minced EB hard boiled eggs, this almond-crusted cheese ball will be the 'starlit on the rise' at your next party.

Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 5 oz. greek yogurt
- 1 cup colby jack cheese, shredded
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- ½ teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- ½ teaspoon ground oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3 Eggland’s Best Hard-Cooked Peeled eggs, minced
- 1 cup almond, toasted and finely chopped
Preparation
In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, beat together the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Then add the yogurt, cheeses, seasonings, and garlic. Mix this mixture on medium speed until well incorporated.
With the mixer on low add in the minced hard-boiled eggs and mix until combined.
Transfer mixture to an airtight container, cover and refrigerate for several hours.
Remove mixture from the fridge and form it into a ball. Roll in a dish filled with chopped almonds.
Serve immediately or keep covered in the fridge until needed.
