Fried Egg Quesadilla
Two delicious eggs, fried and layered in between two layers of cheddar cheese, all melted together between two flour tortillas.

Ingredients
Two flour tortillas
2 Eggland's Best eggs, large
1/2 cup (or more or less) of shredded cheddar cheese
Salt to taste
Salsa, guacamole, sour cream for dipping
Warm or cook tortillas and set them aside.
Crack two eggs on a hot cast iron skillet and season with salt.
Pop the yolks (if desired,) flip and cook until done.
