Ingredients

1 Box of Yellow Cake Mix

1/2 cup Olive Oil

3 Large Eggland’s Best Eggs

1 cup of water

1/2 Container of Cream Cheese Frosting

2 oz. White chocolate

Lollipop sticks

Red, White, and Blue Sprinkles

Preparation

  1. Make and bake the cake according to the directions.
  2. Let it cool completely then add cream cheese frosting in.
  3. Mix then roll into 1” balls.
  4. Melt white chocolate according to directions.
  5. Dip part of the lollipop stick into the white chocolate and place it into the 1” balls.
  6. Let the chocolate harden.
  7. Then, dip the whole cake pop into the melted chocolate.
  8. Add the sprinkles and let the chocolate harden.
