Ingredients
3 Eggland’s Best Large Eggs
A pinch of Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 slice of Bacon
¼ Banana
2 Blueberries
1 Raspberry
A pinch of Shredded cheese
Preparation
Beat 3 Eggland’s Best Large Eggs until well-blended in a bowl, about 30 seconds and set to the side.
In a medium pot, heat about four inches of water to a low boil over medium heat.
Add a few large pinches of salt.
With a whisk stir the water to create a whirlpool, then pour in Large Eggland’s Best Eggs.
Cover and count to 20.
Once the eggs float to the surface in ribbons, carefully pour the eggs into a strainer and let drain, gently tapping the strainer against the side to shake off any extra water.
Season the eggs with salt and pepper or make it fun by creating a cute animal using some bacon and fruits like we did!
