Ingredients
- 3 Eggland's Best Eggs
- 1 large package instant vanilla pudding mix (can substitute sugar free mix)
- 1/2 gallon milk (can substitute low-fat milk)
- 3 tablespoons sugar (can substitute Splenda or Equal for sugar-free option)
- 1 pint half & half (can substitute non-fat)
- 8oz. container of Cool Whip (can substitute light Cool Whip)
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix instant pudding according to box directions. Add coconut flavoring and sugar
Using wire wisk, beat Eggland's Best Eggs until well beaten. Add remaining milk and half and half to eggs and blend well
Add egg mixture to pudding and mix until fully incorporated
Fold in Cool Whip
Chill until serving time (approximately 2 hours)
